Return & Exchange

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours you placed your order. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. You have to inform us via this email service@mofybuy.com to cancel your order. Cancellation after 24 hours, you would be charged 15% of the order value to cover our order processing cost. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped.

 

14-Day Return
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at mofybuy, that’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective products. Please email us at service@mofybuy.com. Please note that items that are returned in unsuitable conditions will be sent back to the original shipping address. We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return.

 Returns are allowed within these conditions:

1) Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery.

2) Tags must be intact along with the plastic packaging if any.

3) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons: underwear, swimwear, accessories. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

5) Digital image (Please allow the 10% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display) 

6) All shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

7)Damaged / Low-quality Item To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. Ideally, the items should be photographed on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and to prevent repeated errors in the future. 

 

Important Notice:

1) Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by MOFYBUY.

2) Please obtain a delivery receipt from courier company of your choice or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse.

3) MOFYBUY will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product (s) handled by courier company of your choice.
